The Lash loft Policies

Cancellations & No-Show policy

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointments are subject to the following terms:

You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your appointment's start time.

Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

There are no exceptions.


Refill Policy

Due to the inconsistent nature of lash and application quality, The Lash Loft can not offer refills on work performed by other salons.

The lashes must be removed, and a new set applied. We encourage new customers from other salons to take advantage of our first-time customer specials. Lash Removal is a separate additional fee.

If you are wearing lashes from another salon and require removal, please call the front desk at (212) 353-2517 to ensure enough time is booked for the appointment to fulfill this requirement.

There are no refunds. If there is an issue with the service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to improve the experience for you.
